How to order?


Ordering is easy and simple at www.arshirly.com. Just follow the steps mentioned, and here are some instructions.

Step1. View the products and choose one piece of jewelry you want.

Step2. Then, you enter the desired inscription from the drop box menu and choice the options that are available.

Step3. Click on the “Add to Cart” buttion.

Step4. Click the shopping cart and confirm what you selected and update the quantity. If there are no problems, click "Continue to Checkout" to continue.

Step5. Complete buyer information, shipping and payment option. Click "Continue Checkout" to make the payment. If you have a PayPal account, You can pay with you PayPal account, otherwise you can pay with a debit or credit card or PayPal credit via Paypal payment page.

Step6. Input your shipping address, email address and phone number.

Step7. Verify information.

Step8. Once your payment has been processed, we will send an email confirming your order information. The order processing will begin when the due payment is received. The tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your email address once your order is shipped out.

Click on "TRACK MY ORDER" located at the top of the initial page or find "INPUT YOUR TRANSACTION ID OR EMAIL TO TRACK:" input box located at the bottom of the initial page. You need to fill in your Order ID number or the email address you used when placing your order.

When will I receive my order?


We make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible once the order is submitted successfully. Actual delivery may vary due to customized processing time, different shipping address, customs clearance time and some other force manure.

How can I cancel an paid order?


An paid order must be cancelled within 12 hours by sending cancel request email to service@arshirly.com, because personalized jewelry are custom made. Sending Cancel requests over 12 hours after placing order, a 30% restocking fee will be fined.

How can I change the order after paid?


As you know, we begin customizing your jewelry immediately after you paid. If you want to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Sending changing requests over 12 hours after placing order, a 30% restocking fee will be fined.

It is easy. Just contact us and let we know your requirement, and we will make sure whether we can meet your demands and the corresponding costs.

What should I do before returning an item?


If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact us first for further help. If you receive incomplete items or broken items, please contact us before arranging the return. we will contact you to give you the best solution.

'Return to Sender' is NOT an authorized return method. Any shipping charges incurred will be at customer’s expense. We recommend that you use insured parcel post or priority mail for return shipment.

The free gift is based on the total of your order. If your return drops below the total required minimum, you are no longer entitled to a free gift. If you decide to keep the gift, you will be charged the value of the gift.

The exchanged items will be arranged to be customized in 1-3 business days as soon as we receive your returned parcel tracking information. Once your exchange request has been completed an email will be sent to your email address on file.

If your exchange is priced lower than the original item ordered, we will refund that difference to you in your original form of payment. If your exchange is priced higher than the original item ordered, you must make payment for the price difference.
